[Headcount and Vacancy Management]

Usage

Use this window to create a headcount plan for your organization. Headcount is planned for an entire organization structure. It can be created for both standard and matrix organizations. Each headcount is created for a single year, but can have many versions.

When a new plan is created through a right-click action, it will be in the Preliminary status, which means that it is being worked on. When a plan is ready, it can be moved to the Completed status, meaning it can be, e.g., reviewed by a supervisor. If a supervisor doesn't like it or the plan should be changed, it can be re-planned via a right click action. In the end, one of the prepared plans should be Approved as the final one. Only when all organization units are approved, the status of the entire plan will change. Note that only one plan can be approved. If changes have to me made to the approved plan, it can be re-planned as well.
