[Headcount and Vacancy Management]

Usage

Use this tab to view and prepare datails of the headcount plan selected in the header. The main tab and the Headcount Plan sub-tab are the main tools in headcount plan preparation.

The tree structure on the left represents your organization. It shows the organization units to which you have access. The icons next to the unit names indicate the status of the headcount plan for a particular organization unit:

Selecting any organization unit from the organization tree will load its details into the Headcount Plan sub-tab.

The sub-tab is divided into three areas:

Following righ-click actions are available from the Headcount Plan sub-table header:
