Group Employee Assignments

Usage

Use this assistant to quickly assign or reassign multiple employees at once. You can change the organization and job assignments of large groups of employees from both standard and multi-company matrix organizations.

First Step

The first step is used to select employees to assign/reassign. There are several ways in which you can do this:

Once employees are loaded onto the upper table, you can click any of them to view his or her details. The Employee's Current Organization Assignments table displays any organization assignments that the selected employee currently has. The Employee's Current Job Assignment displays jobs of the currently selected employee.

Second Step

In the second step you enter new assignments for employees selected in step one.

Third Step (optional)

In the third step you close old secondary assignments. This step is optional, based on what has been selected in step two.

Fourth Step

The fourth step appears after the assistant attempted to create new assignments. Here you can see if any errors occurred during the process. In case of errors, a message will state what is the problem.
