Use this tab to view, enter or modify information on a permit, such as the start and end dates for when the permit is valid, signatures of the person who prepared, approved or released the permit or any additional notes. The dates and signatures are required in order to release the permit so that it can be used when executing a work order.
Note: If the value of the PERMIT_CHANGE_DATE object property is set to TRUE, the Valid From and Valid To dates of the permit can be changed when the permit is approved or released. The new dates can be earlier or later than the previously entered date. Furthermore, if the Valid From or Valid To date is changed on a permit which is in the PreparationApproved status, the Approved By field will automatically be updated with the ID of the logged-on user.
