The Archive Data - GL process contains the routine for archiving transactions from the general ledger. The archive routine stores transactions from the general ledger in separate archive tables in the database. When the archive routine is performed, you can not reach the data from the general ledger, but you can view the archived vouchers through separate Query windows.
