View Budget Log

Explanation

Use this activity to display snapshot log information about the subsidiary. This log information will include the current status for all budget years and budget versions as well as when and how the various budgets were updated.

Prerequisites

You must update the consolidation budget before performing this activity.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, log information for the consolidation budget is displayed. The status of all existing budget updates for the subsidiary will be available.

Procedure

1. Open the Consolidation Snapshots Analysis window and populate the window.
2. Select one or more of the information lines, right-click and then click View Budget Log.
3. When the Consolidation Budget Log window opens, you can study the snapshot budget log information for the selected line(s).
