Explanation

Use this activity to specify whether unmatched transactions should be included when the archive routine is run. All general ledger transactions for a specified accounting period can be archived.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to set the archiving options for certain accounts:

1. Open Account or Accounts.
2. Find the account where the archive options are to be set.
3. Define whether all transactions should be archived, or if only matched transactions should be included. This is done in the Archiving Options group box, or in the Archiving Trans column.
