Calculate Allocation

Explanation

This activity is used to calculate the defined multi-company allocation.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity:

• A multi-company allocation in status Created should exist in your company.
• The selection should have been defined.
• The Output definition should have been defined.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the selection will be calculated and distributed out based on the information in the output definition section. The result can be viewed in Calculated Allocation window.

Procedure

To calculate a multi-company allocation:

1. Open the Multi-Company Allocation window and search for the allocation you want to calculate.
2. Select the allocation, right-click and select Calculate.
3. The status will be changed to Calculated and the calculated transactions will be generated in window
