Use this tab to view journal entries for the selected work task template. Journal entries are created automatically when the following changes are performed on the work task template:
The status of the work task template is changed.
The revision control status of the work task template is changed, i.e., enabling or disabling of revision control.
A new revision of the work task template is created.
You can enter additional information relevant to a journal entry in the Note field.
