Query Voucher Rows - Hold IL

Explanation

Use this activity to display voucher row information for one or more vouchers in the Internal Ledger hold table.

Prerequisites

Before voucher row information can be queried, the following must have been completed:

• The transactions must exist in the company's Internal Ledger hold table.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the selected information is displayed on screen. You cannot change the information.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to display voucher row information:

1. Open Query Voucher Rows - Hold IL.
2. Retrieve the existing voucher or vouchers by using the Query function. Each voucher is represented by the number of rows there are in the voucher. Each row in the window is a voucher row, and the various voucher rows pertaining to the same voucher are displayed together. The values displayed in the window come from the voucher header and the voucher rows. If you select one or more vouchers, the Internal Voucher Details operation in the right mouse button menu can then be enabled to view detailed information on each voucher.

Note: The operation GL Voucher Details is available if the transaction is related to a General Ledger transaction, and it displays the details of that transaction.
