Query Voucher Details - Hold IL

Explanation

Use this activity to display detailed information on one or more vouchers in the Internal Ledger hold table.

Prerequisites

Before voucher information can be queried, the following must have been completed:

• The transactions must exist in the company's Internal Ledger hold table.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the selected information is displayed on screen. You cannot change the information.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to display voucher information:

1. Open Voucher Details Analysis- Hold IL.
2. Retrieve the existing voucher or vouchers by using the Query function. The Voucher Type field will contain a list of all the vouchers matching the criteria of the selection. The first voucher in the list is displayed in the window.

Note: The operation GL Voucher Details is available if the transaction is related to a General Ledger transaction, and it displays the details of that transaction.
