Copy PM Action

Explanation

Use this activity to create a new PM action by copying an existing PM action. You can use this activity only to create new PM actions, and not to create new PM action revisions. PM action revisions are created using the Create New PM Action Revision dialog box. 

Prerequisites

A PM action should already exist in the system.

Procedure

1. Open the PM Action window and query for an existing PM action (F3).
2. Right-click anywhere on the window and then click Copy PM Action. The Copy PM Action dialog box appears, and the details of the existing PM action will be displayed in the Copy From area.
3. Enter a new PM Action ID and revision in the Copy To area.
4. Click OK.
