Add Administrator Groups

Explanation

Use this activity to add maintenance standard administrator groups to a work task template or PM Program.

Prerequisites

Maintenance Standard Administrator Groups must be defined in basic data.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the general work task template information and PM Program information can only be modified by the users who belong to the admin group.

Procedure

  1. Open the Work Task Template or PM Program window, and create a new (F5) or query for an existing one (F3).
  2. Go to Administrator Groups tab and create a new record (F5).
  3. Select admin groups using the List of Values. Repeat steps 2 and 3 as often as required.
  4. Save the information (F12).
