Add Administrator Groups
Explanation
Use this activity to add maintenance standard administrator groups to a work task template
or PM Program.
Prerequisites
Maintenance Standard Administrator Groups must be defined in basic
data.
System Effects
As a result of this activity,
the general work task template information and PM Program information can only be modified by the users who
belong to the admin group.

Procedure
- Open the
Work Task Template
or PM Program window, and
create a new (F5) or query for an existing one (F3).
- Go to Administrator Groups tab and create a new record (F5).
- Select admin groups using the List of Values. Repeat steps 2 and 3 as often as required.
- Save the information (F12).
