Reject Vacancy Request

Explanation

Use this activity to reject a vacancy request.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a vacancy request has to be registered in Registered status.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the vacancy request will change its status to Rejected.

Procedure

1. Open the Headcount Plan window.
2. Search or populate to find the relevant headcount plan.
3. You can use the tree structure on the left to find the organization unit for which a vacancy request was registered.
4. Go to the Vacancies tab.
5. Right-click the vacancy which you want to reject and click Reject.
