Access Roles Overview
Explanation
This activity is used to inspect access roles defined in the system. It can
be use when there is a need for a broad overview of a current access setup.
Prerequisites
In order to perform this activity, at least one access role has to be defined
in the system.
System Effects
The only optional result of this activity activation or deactivation of
selected attributes. Otherwise there are no system effects.

Procedure
- Open the Access Roles window.
- Search or populate to display relevant data.
- Inspect information. Some examples of possible uses:
Note: One action that can be performed here is activation or
deactivation of an access attribute. Everything else is for informational
purposes only.
- Inspecting what roles share the same attribute.
- Inspecting attribute levels to quickly ensure that a proper chain of
authority is set in case of overlapping competencies (shared attributes).
- Quickly activating or deactivating attributes (via the Granted
check-box) for selected roles.
Note: This will turn off the attribute only for selected roles.
The attribute will still be active.
- If the Granted check-box has been changed, save the information.
