Enter Valid Sites

Explanation

Use this activity to define the sites that the operational plan is valid for. Only users that are allowed for one of the sites entered in the valid for sites tab can view and edit the operational plan.

When a user creates a new operational plan the default site for that user is automatically entered in the valid for sites list.

System Effects

• As a result of this activity, Site is added to the valid for sites list in Operational Plans. A result is also that all users allowed for the sites entered can view and edit the operational plan
• If IFS/Maintenance Planning Board (MPB) is used, you will be able to load the operational plan in maintenance planning board for the sites entered.

Procedure

1. Open the Operational Plan window.
2. Query (F3) for an operational plan.
3. Go to the Valid for Sites tab.
4. Create a new record (F5).
5. Use the List of Values (F8) to select a site in the site field.
6. Save the information (F12).
