Use this window to define resource preferences for a location. The preference value determines how to consider a resource when scheduling. The preference is set to a value between 0-1:
0: Resource is excluded from the location,
the scheduling resource will not be allocated to work tasks at this location.
Value greater than 0 and less than 1: Sliding scale of
preference, higher value means that the scheduling resource is more likely to be
allocated to work tasks at this location.
1: Resource is
required at this location, no other resource is to be considered.
