Site/Maintenance

[About Work Order Progress Calculation] [To Define Site] [To Define Supply Chain Basics ] [To Define Maintenance Basics]

Usage

Use this tab to enter the maintenance details for the site, such as the message receiver and whether or not to print the condition codes on reports. In this tab you can also connect valid progress templates to a site and define whether the scheduling information of jobs and work lists of each PM line and the dates in the maintenance plan line will be copied to relevant fields when generating a work order.

By selecting Allow Clock In Automatically check box you can decide whether all users of this site should clock in when they start their work assignments. If selected, the Clock In dialog will be opened automatically for the users to clock in when the assignment status is set to started.

It is also possible to automatically create a default work task for a work order at a particular status change. Work orders with connection type VIM, COMPATIBLE UNIT, WORK PACKAGE and DESIGN OBJECT are excluded from this parameter control. Further PM generated and Repair work orders are also excluded from this control.
