Use this tab window to enter phrases in different languages. Phrases can be greetings or other messages that are printed on different documents. You link the phrase to a document in the Document Phrases tab. You control when the phrase is to be printed on the document. For an internal document, the phrase is printed on the first side. On an external document, the phrase is printed at the far bottom on each side.
