Use this tab to define Work Task to load work orders occurrences to the Maintenance Planning Board. It allows you to specify the task planned start date, task planned finish date, task earliest start, task latest finish, task task work type, task status and task operational status which you want to filter out work orders. In the Work Task tab the criteria entered will be used, together with criteria entered in the other four tabs, for immediate loading of work orders occurrences as well as basic data into MPB.

This tab contains:
Task Planned Start Date: This option, if selected, will give the possibility to filter on From- and To Date of which the Planned Start Date of on specific tasks on a work order occurrence. If at least one task on a work order is on Planned Start Date within this range selected in this field, that work order will be loaded into MPB (Taking into consideration that all other selection criterias in the Work Task-window are also met for this particular work orders). By double-clicking in the From and To-fields the user is able to select the dates from a calendar.
Task Planned Finish Date: This option, if selected, will give the possibility to filter on From- and To Date of which the Planned Finish Date of on specific tasks on a work order occurrence. Task Work Type: This option, if selected, will give the possibility to filter on the work type that is set on specific tasks on a work order occurrence. If at least one task on a work order is assigned to the work task type selected in this field, that work order will be loaded into MPB. This option allows multiple values to be entered.
Task Status: This option, if selected, will give the possibility to filter on the status that is set on specific tasks on a work order occurrence. If at least one task on a work order is assigned to the task status selected in this field, that work order will be loaded into MPB. This option allows multiple values to be entered.
Task Operation Status: This option, if selected, will give the possibility to filter on the operational status that is set on specific tasks on a work order occurrence. If at least one task on a work order is assigned to the operational status selected in this field, that work order will be loaded into MPB. This option allows multiple values to be entered.
