Use this window to specify the criteria to be met by work orders and PM Action occurrences which are to be loaded to the Maintenance Planning Board. In this window you can choose to load only new and modified work orders/PM or to load all work orders/PM that adheres to the load criteria. The four tabs in this window holds different load criteria and can be entered either through check-box choices or/and by SQL-statements. Further this window can also be used to count the number of load-hits a certain selection gives. The selections done in this window can also be saved as queries to be used at other times.
This window appears when you launch the Maintenance Planning Board and can also be opened by clicking Database Open on the File menu.

Load Work Order and/or PM Actions
This window contains:
Saved Settings: A list of saved queries. Click a saved query to retrieve the load options defined in that query. To save a query, enter the values you want to query for in the Load Options tab, click Save, enter a name for the query in the Saved Settings dialog box and then click OK.
Count Hits: Click on this button to get the number of individual
work orders that belongs to the selection criteria combination including child
work orders if match and number of PM action occurrences that belongs to the
selection criteria.
Reset: Click on this button reset the filter options to the default
values.
Load All: The option to load All Work Orders/PM Actions/Operational Plans/Basic Data. When selecting this option all data within the selection done is fetched from the database and loaded into MPB. This option will then load newly created, modified and non-modified Activities and Basic Data.
Load New and Modified: This option consists of loading only Newly Created and Modified Work Orders and PM Actions. If there is a change in basic data in the database side and this option is selected the basic data-change will then not be loaded into MPB.
