Search Options

Explanation

These Search options are used to find or filter one or more work order, PM action occurrences, resource or any other object/item based on the selected options. There are three search options:

Procedure

Search Tree:

  1. Right-click on the Navigator Items/Objects or Items/Objects in Gantt window or Show dialogs.
  2. Click Search Tree.
  3. A dialog box will be shown.
  4. Enter Text in the Name to Search for field for what to search for.

Search Work Orders:

  1. Right-click on the Navigator Items/Objects or Items/Objects in Gantt window or Show dialogs.
  2. Click Search Work Orders.
  3. A filter dialog box will be shown.
  4. Enter filter criteria and click OK.

Search PMs:

  1. Right-click on the Navigator Items/Objects or Items/Objects in Gantt window or Show dialogs.
  2. Click Search PMs.
  3. A filter dialog box will be shown.
  4. Enter filter criteria and click OK.
