Create MPB Site

Explanation

Use this activity to create a site that can be used by Maintenance Planning Board (MPB). This task is to be performed by a system administrator or equivalent person.
Note: Site '*' is not allowed in a MPB installation. 

Prerequisites

• This activity requires that a site must have been created in the Site window.

System Effects

As a result of this activity the system creates a site that can be scheduled inside Maintenance Planning Board, allowing you to use some or all of the different functions in the MPB.

Procedure

1. Open the Maintenance Planning Board Basic Data window and create a new record.
2. In the Site field, enter the short code of the site you want to use as a MPB site, or select one from the List of Values.
3. Save the information.
