Connect Bank Transaction Code to Payment Methods per Institute

Explanation

Use this activity to connect bank transaction codes to the payment methods used by a payment institute.

Prerequisites

The bank transaction codes must have been entered in the Bank Transaction Codes window.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, whenever a payment method and a cash account are selected in a payment transaction, the bank transaction code connected to the payment method will be fetched.

Procedure

1. Open the Payment Institutes window.
2. Query for the payment institute.
3. Select one or more payment institutes, right-click, and then click Payment Methods per Institute. The Payment Methods per Institute window opens.
4. Select a record and enter the bank transaction code in the field.
5. Save the changes.
