Usage

Use this tab to view work experience analyzed for every person. Each row compares the amount of years of experience in an industry area with years of experience of a person and calculates the difference between them to determine if there is a gap.

The tab can show a large amount of records depending on selected analysis settings:

• If the Current Jobs check box is selected, a row will be added for each industry area in which a person should have experience.
• If the Future Jobs check box is selected, a row will be added for each industry area in which a person should have experience, including future job assignments.
• If the Specific Parameter check box is selected, a row will be added for each industry area assigned to the selected parameter.

This tab can show an overwhelming amount of information but is useful to users who, e.g., use very specific queries to filter information in a non-standard way.
