Aggregate Gap Analysis/Analysis/Education

Usage

Use this tab to view education levels analyzed for every person. Each row compares the required education level with the education level of a person and calculates the difference between level points to determine if there is a gap.

The tab can show a large amount of records depending on selected analysis settings:

• If the Current Jobs check box is selected, a row will be added for each education level required by the job that a person has. If a person has more than one job, a new row will be created for each required certificate.
• If the Future Jobs check box is selected, a row will be added for each education level required by any job assigned to a person in the future.
• If the Specific Parameter check box is selected, a row will be added for each education level assigned to the selected parameter.

This tab can show an overwhelming amount of information but is useful to users who, e.g., use very specific queries to filter information in a non-standard way.
