Aggregate Gap Analysis/Analysis/Competencies

Usage

Use this tab to view every competency analyzed for every person. Each row compares the required competency level with the competency level of a person and calculates the difference between level points to determine if there is a gap.

The tab can show a large amount of records depending on selected analysis settings:

• If the Current Jobs check box is selected, a row will be added for each competency required by the job that a person has. If a person has more than one job, a new row will be created for each required competency.
• If the Future Jobs check box is selected, a row will be added for each competency required by any job assigned to a person in the future.
• If the Specific Parameter check box is selected, a row will be added for each competency assigned to the selected parameter.

Selecting the Core Competencies and Certificates Only check box will limit the number of records as only core competencies will be analyzed.

This tab can show an overwhelming amount of information but is useful to users who, e.g., use very specific queries to filter information in a non-standard way.
