Use this tab to view aggregated information about work experience analyzed for the selected organization unit. The header part of the tab displays general information about the total number employees from a unit who don't have enough experience. The table shows detailed information about what industry areas were analyzed and how many employees don't have enough years of experience. Note that if someone did not have a competency registered in their profile at all, their analysis will be incomplete, and their number will be listed in the Total Employees With Incomplete Assessments field.
The table presents all analyzed competencies, with one record for each competency.
