Usage

Use this tab to view aggregated information about competencies that were analyzed for the selected employee. The header part of the tab displays general information about the total number of gaps that an employee has, while the table shows detailed information about what has been set as a required competency level for the analysis and what is the competency level that the employee has.

The table presents all analyzed competencies, with one record for each competency.
