Export Forecasts to MS Level 0

Explanation

This activity is used to export forecast information from Sales and Operation Planning to MS Level 0.

Prerequisites

The sales and operations plan must be in the state Approved.

System Effects

As a result of this activity the forecast will be exported to MS level 0 and distributed daily or weekly up until the decided end date.

Procedure

1. Right mouse click and then click Export to MS Level 0.
2. In End Date field, enter the date to which you want to export your forecasts.
3. In Forecast Distribution section, select distribution method and calendar ID to be used. If week is selected, also select distribution method from the Distribution Method list.
4. Press OK.
