Enter Shop Floor Team

Explanation

This activity is used to create a team to be used when reporting shop order operations and indirect time from Shop Floor Workbench. Team functionality can be used to minimize reporting since reports done by the team will be applied to all team members.

Procedure

1. Open the Shop Floor Teams window.
2. Create a new line and enter the site which you want the team to be valid on.
3. Enter an alphanumerical identifier for the team in the Team ID field and a name in the Team Name field.
4. If necessary, connect a workbench filter to the team in the Filter field.
5. If desired, fill in information in the Time Idle field.
6. In the Resume Option field, select a suitable value from the list.
7. Save the record.

Note: If you do not want to use the shop floor team for a period of time, the status can be set to Blocked or Hidden using the right mouse button option.
