Prerequisites

There should be at least one component repair reason type exist for the specific site.

System Effects

Created Component repair reason will be available to link to multilevel repairs in the Component Replacement Details dialog box and Repair History window.

Procedure

1. Open the Manufacturing Standard Basic Data window.
2. Click the Component Repair Reason tab and populate.
3. Select the site which you want to define component repair reason.
4. Create a new record in the table.
5. In the Repair Reason field, enter the required value.
6. Enter the description of the repair reason in Description field.
7. Select a Repair reason Type using the List of Values.
8. Save the record.
