Create Report for Shop Order WIP per Product Family

Explanation

Use this activity to print a report of parts with work in progress, sorted by product family. The report contains information about parts with material issued. It also includes data about parts for which operation reporting has started.

Prerequisites

This activity requires the existence of a shop order part for which material has been issued or operations reported.

System Effects

As a result of this activity the system prints a report of parts with work in progress, sorted by product family.

Procedure

1. Specify the planner for whom you want to print the report. Use List to select from available planners.
2. Specify the product family for which you want to print the report. Use List to select from available product families.
3. Specify the product code for which you want to print the report. Use List to select from available product codes.
4. Click OK.
5. The Report Format & Output dialog box appears; you can choose page layout, language, etc.
6. After you made desired changes, click OK to print the report directly, Cancel to abort the printout, or Preview to preview the report.
7. If you select Preview, the report is presented for review. After reviewing it, click Print to print the report.
