Create Checklist Templates  for MRB

Explanation

This activity is used to create default checklist templates for Material Review Board (MRB) cases. You can define a standard checklist for each template you create. A checklist comprises of one or more questions that you need to answer before changing the status of a MRB header from Created to Approved. Each site can have only one default checklist template for each non-conformance code.

Note: If there is no default template with the matching site and non-conformance code, then a template in the matching site will be used without a non-conformance code.

Prerequisites

The relevant non-conformance codes must have been defined in the MRB Basic Data window.

System Effects

As a result of this activity a default checklist template will be created and the checklist defined in it can be accessed when viewing an MRB case.
