Check Existing Reservations

Explanation

Use this activity to view existing reservations for a shop order. You can view material reservations for multiple material lines.

Prerequisites

The shop order and the selected material lines must have the Reserved status.

System Effects

As a result of this activity the system displays the existing reservations for a shop order.

Procedure

1. On the Materials tab or in Shop Order Materials, select the material line(s) whose reservations you want to view.
2. Right-click and then click Manual Reservations.
3. Manual Reservation Shop Order displays the reservations for the components, i.e., the inventory location and the quantity of parts reserved at that location.
4. If you select several lines, you can scroll among them by selecting a new line from the record selector list.
