Cancel Machine Downtime Result

Explanation

Use this activity to cancel reported machine downtime.

Prerequisites

To perform this activity, machine downtime must have been reported by manually adding a time result. I.e. it may not have been reported by a start and stop clocking. In such a case, result can only be canceled by canceling the clocking record.

System Effects

As a result of this activity a reversal transaction is generated and the system returns to its original condition.

Procedure

From the Shop Floor Reports window:

1. Open the Shop Floor Reports window and search for the machine downtime report you want to cancel.
2. Select the report you wish to cancel, right-click and then click Cancel.

From the Shop Floor Workbench window:

1. Enter a relevant filter in the shop floor workbench header and click Refresh.
2. In the Reports tab, select the Show Downtime Reports option.
3. Select the report you wish to cancel, right-click and then click Cancel.
