Cancel Labor Operation Report
Explanation
Use this activity to cancel the time of a completed labor operation report.
Prerequisites
- The status of the shop order must not be Closed. Additionally, labor operation time must be reported
for the operation.
- The report may not have been created from a shop floor clocking. If the
report is created from a clocking, the result can only be
canceled by cancelling the clocking record.
System Effects
As a result of this activity the system returns the report to its original condition.
Further, Work In Process (WIP) transactions are created.

Procedure
- In the
Shop Order window, right-click and then click
Report.
- Choose the labor operation whose report you want to cancel.
- Right-click and then click
Cancel.
To cancel operations using the Shop Floor Workbench window:
- Open the
Shop Floor Workbench window and
click Refresh.
- The operations will be displayed according to the
filter that is being used.
- Select the operation line for which you wish to
cancel reports and click the
Reports tab.
- Select the Shop Operation Reports option.
- Select the record you wish to cancel, right-click and then click Cancel.
To cancel operations using the Time Card - Day window:
- Open the Time Card - Day window and search for the
employee and day whose labor report you want to cancel
- Click the Mfg Result tab.
- Select the record you wish to cancel (transaction code = LABOR_RPT),
right-click and click Cancel.
To cancel operations using the Shop Floor Reports
window:
- Open the Shop Floor Reports window and search
for the labor report you want to cancel.
- Select the record, right-click and click Cancel.
