Replace Obsolete Work Task Template Revisions on PM Program

Explanation

Use this activity to replace obsolete work task template revisions that are connected to PM programs.

Prerequisites

• A connection between the obsolete work task template revision and the PM program must exist.
• An active revision of the obsolete work task template revision must exist in the system.
• The connected PM program must be in the Active status.

System Effects

• Obsolete work task templates that are connected to the PM Program will be replaced with the latest Active revision of the work task template.

Procedure

1. Open the PM Program window and query for an active revision where the connected work task template(s) are obsolete (F3).
2. Click the Work Task Templates tab and mark the line for the obsolete work task template.
3. Right-click and then click Replace Obsolete Work Task Template Revisions on PM program. (This option will be available only when an obsolete connection exists.)
