Monitor RCM Analysis Preparation

Explanation

This activity is used to monitor the resulting data set(s) that have been sent to the IFS RCM Toolkit interface. The view indicates which Criticality Matrix Standard, Process Class, Item Class and Work Task Template has been forwarded; both the status if IFS and the RCM Toolkit have successfully has completed the task and the option to view the message file that has been forwarded to the IFS RCM Toolkit.

Procedure

1. Open the Monitor RCM Analysis Preparation window
2. Using Search menu (F3), find the data you need to monitor or review.
3. Where the results are inconsistent with that required, this can be corrected by either:
• Resending the data, ensuring the correct parameters are entered in Prepare for RCM Analysis dialog.
• Selecting the erroneous record, use the Right Mouse Button option View Details and further investigating the error details as given in the message log.
