Receiving RCM Analysis

Explanation

Use the activity Receive RCM Analysis to import a successfully completed RCM Analysis from the IFS RCM Toolkit. The resulting data that will be imported is that of:

• Updated Criticality Matrix for the relevant Criticality Matrix Standard used.
• Criticality Analysis per Risk Element for each Process Class and Item Class combination.
• Maintenance decision that has been taken. i.e. Failure Mode, Work Task Template, Frequency etc.
• PM Plan as a result of the RCM Analysis.

System Effects

• On successful completion of this activity, the Criticality Matrix for the relevant Criticality Matrix Standard will be update.
• In the view RCM Analysis, the resulting Maintenance Decision, Equipment Objects effected by the RCM Analysis and the corresponding PM Plan to be acted upon will be presented.

Procedure

1. Open the Receive RCM Analysis dialog window.
2. Enter the required values in the From Date and the To Date fields. These should reflect the date range of the date the RCM Analysis has been Set Live in the IFS RCM Toolkit and needs to be transferred.
3. Click Ok.
4. Click Ok for the appearing information message on background job .
