Execute Transport Task Line or Handling Unit

Explanation

This activity is used to execute a transport task line or handling unit.

The movement of the goods is executed on the transport task line or handling unit and the status changes to Executed.

From the Transport Task/Details tab.

Open the Transport Task window tab and populate or query for the required transport task ID.
Open the Transport Task/Details tab.
Select the Show Single or Show All radio button.
Select the line that should be executed.
Right-click and then click Execute.
If the part is serial-tracked at receipt and issue but not serial-tracked in inventory, and has been moved to another site, then a dialog box appears where the serial number(s) that has been moved should be identified.

From the Transport Task/Aggregated tab.

Open the Transport Task window tab and populate or query for the required transport task ID.
Open the Transport Task/Aggregated tab.
Select the Show Only Top Level or Show All radio button.
Select the handling unit or the transport task lines aggregated per location that should be executed.
Right-click and then click Execute.

Note: This can be done both from the upper and the lower pane of the tab.

From the Transport Task Lines window.

Open the Transport Task Lines window.
Populate or query for the required transport task ID.
Select the Show Single or Show All radio button.
Select the line that should be executed.
Right-click and then click Execute.
