Create Report for Structure/Routing
Explanation
This activity is used to print a report of structure and/or
routing information for the specified part.
Prerequisites
This activity requires that a structure and/or a routing must have been defined for the
part.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, the system prints a report of structure and/or routing information for the specified part.

Procedure
- Open the Structure/Routing Report
dialog box.
- Specify the site for which you want to print the report. Click
List to
select from available sites.
- In the Part No field, specify the part for which you want to print the report.
Click List
to select from available parts.
- In the BOM Type list select a BOM type.
- If you want to print information only about the part structure, Click
Structure
option in the Report By group box. Select the structure revision and
alternate in the Revision No and Alternate No fields in the
Structure
group box. Click List to select from available structure revisions and
alternates.
- If you want to print information only about the part routing, Click
Routing
option in the Report By group box. Select the routing revision and alternate
in the Revision No and Alternate No fields in the Routing
group box.
Click List to select from available routing revisions and alternates.
- If you want to print information about both the part structure and the part routing,
click Both option in the
Report By group box.
Specify the effective date in the Effective
Date field in the
Both group box.
- Click OK.
- The Report Format & Output dialog box appears; you can
select page
layout and/or language.
- After you make the desired changes, click
OK to print the report directly.
Click Cancel to abort
the printout.
- If you click
Preview, the report is presented for review. Click
Print
when you are ready to print the report.
