View Sent Invoices
Explanation
This activity is used to view invoices that have been sent from IFS
Applications as invoice messages. You can also view any attachments connected to
the sent invoices. Only invoices with the E-INVOICE media code can have
attachments. The purpose of this activity is to determine whether the sent
invoices should be resent or reprinted. It is possible to resend invoice
messages with EDI, MHS, INET_TRANS
or E-INVOICE media code.
Prerequisites
In order to perform this activity, at least one sent
invoice must exist.

Procedure
The following procedure is used to view the sent
customer invoices.
- Open the Sent Invoices window and
populate it, or query for the invoice that you want to view.
- If you want to view the details of the invoice,
select the invoice, right-click and then click Customer Invoice Details
Analysis
to open the Customer Invoice Analysis window.
- If you want to add a header note for the invoice, right-click in the
header and then click Credit Management Notes to open the
Invoice Header Notes window.
- Create a new record in the table and enter the required values in the
relevant fields. Repeat this step to add more invoice header notes.
- Save the information.
- If you want to add invoice line notes for the invoice, open the
Customer Invoice Analysis
window and search for the invoice.
- Click on the Lines tab. Select the
invoice line for which you want to add notes, right-click and then click
Line Credit Management Notes to open the Invoice
Line Notes window.
- Create a new record in the table and enter the required values in the
relevant fields. Repeat this step to add more invoice line notes.
- Save the information.
To view any attachments connected to the customer invoice,
- In the Sent Invoices window, and
select the invoice for which you want to view attachments. (Note: The
Attachments check box is selected for invoices with attachments.)
- Right-click and
click Attachments to open the Attachments window.
- In the Attachments window, select
the attachment that you want to view, right-click and click View
Attachment.
