Use this window to define, change, and view information about users in the ledger. One ledger must be marked as the default ledger for the user. A user shall not be able to work or to see any information in any other ledgers than those he is defined in. Users can also be connected to an authority class defined for an internal ledger to restrict the information the user can view in queries and reports. Authority will be based on the ten accounting code parts.
