Use this dialog box to start the archiving of transaction rows from an Internal Ledger. All transaction rows in the selected Internal Ledger up to and including the specified accounting year and period will be archived. Therefore, the accounting years up to and including the selected year must be closed for the selected internal ledger. Information about previously archived vouchers can be viewed in Archived IL Vouchers, Archived IL Voucher Rows and Archived IL Voucher Details. It is possible to print a report of the archived transaction rows, by selecting the Print Archived Transaction Rows check box.
