View Job Certificates

Explanation

Use this activity to view what certificates are assigned to specific jobs. You have an option to filter for jobs that have certificates valid on a certain date or to show all jobs.

Each row in the table displays information about a single certificate assigned to a job.

Procedure

1. Open the Job Certificates window.
2. Pick one:
   • Select Show Attributes At option if you want to see certificates valid for a job on a certain date. Then, enter the date in the field on the right of the option.
   • Select Show All Attributes (Valid or Invalid) to show all certificates, regardless of their validity. Jobs that have no certificates assigned will be displayed as well.
3. Populate the window to see the results. You can also perform a standard query to filter for specific jobs, job groups, certificates, certificate groups etc.
