Register Qualitative Measurements

Explanation

Use this activity to define a scale on which physical and personality characteristics will be measured. An example of a grading scale would be: Below average, Average, Above Average, Exceptional. These values can be later used to measure characteristics such as stress resistance, leadership skills, strength, assertiveness etc.

The Qualitative Measurement Rang field sorts the grades from worst (the lowest number) to best (the highest number). If you want to change the order, you can right-click anywhere in the table and click Ranking Qualitative Measurement... to open a dialog box which allows for that change.

As a result of this activity,  grading scale for physical and personality characteristics will be created.

Procedure

  1. Open the Qualitative Measurements window and add a new record.
  2. In the Qualitative Measurement Level field, enter a grade that can be assigned to a personality or physical characteristic. If defining multiple levels, start with the lowest one.
  3. In the Qualitative Measurement Description field, enter a short description of the level.
  4. Save your changes.
