Link Competencies to Companies

Explanation

This activity is used to link a competency to a company, making it possible to use it there.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity:

• A competency has to be registered in the system.

As a result of this activity, a competency will be connected to company.

Procedure

To manage companies of a single competency:

1. Open the Competencies window.
2. In the area on the left of the window, select the certificate which you want to connect to a company.
3. On the Competency Companies tab, enter a new record.
4. In the Company ID field, enter the identifier of a company to which you want to link the competency.
5. Save your changes.

To manage competencies of a single company

1. Open the Company Competencies window.
2. Expand the competency tree structure on the left side of the window to find competencies which you want to link.
3. Right click the competency node and click Assign to Company.
