Define Confidentiality Levels
Explanation
Use this window to define the levels of confidentiality
assigned to various data. When entering data, you should enter the confidentiality levels
from the lowest level to the highest, since the sort function automatically assigns the
confidentiality level in order of sequence numbers (e.g., 1, 2, 3,
) using the
topmost data as the highest level, etc.

There are no prerequisites.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, confidentiality levels will be registered in
the system.

Procedure
- Open the Confidentiality Levels window and add a new
record.
- In the Confidentiality Level field, enter the name for the level of
access to confidential information. Start with the level with the lowest amount
of access to confidential information, as each new level is automatically
assigned a higher level of confidentiality.
Note: Levels of confidentiality can be later changed by right-clicking
Ranking Confidential Level...
