Register / Modify General Risk Assessment Details
Explanation
This activity is used to register or modify details for a particular risk
assessment,
Prerequisites
In order to perform this activity:
- Locations and sub-locations are required to be already defined in the
Location Basic Data window.
- Risk Assessment is required to be in any active status.

Procedure
- Open the Risk Assessment
window and search or populate to find the relevant risk assessment.
- In the Name field, modify the description of the risk assessment
if needed.
- Make sure that the date for risk assessment is proper in the Planned Date
field.
- Check the location in which the assessment is performed in the Location ID
field. Use the list of values to change it if needed.
- In the Sub Location field, specify details of the place for which
the assessment is performed.
- Check if the organization and site manager information is correct in the
relevant fields. Change them using the value list if needed.
- Save the information.
